Something else that I find interesting, on the front page of Netflix it lists 9 to 5 as being an NYC fave of the moment (I guess it is too far down the list to appear in the top 25 I linked to there though?) something that is obviously influenced by the fact that it is currently on Broadway.

I don't know that the second list is a list of the most popular rentals in New York so much as a list of the rentals in New York for which New Yorkers have the most disproportionate love.
"Members in and around New York, New York are currently renting these titles much more than other Netflix members."
Like, Crash might still be at the top of New York's list, but we wouldn't know it from the data they are showing.
